We as the Advizii are tasked with keeping an eye on the board. We mostly look at the functioning of the board and how well they are cooperating. We're not just there to watch the board, but also to advise them. The board can also come to us with their conundrums. The committee itself consists of old board-members. This is not a requirement, but the experience with Sylvatica is very practical! Once in a while we join the board meetings to see how these go and we'll have an evaluation with all board members.
